Purpose
CropDefense™ Boost is a crop treatment containing bacteria that solubilize soil minerals and nutrients to enhance crop production. The microbes in CropDefense™ Boost will remain inactive until soil moisture levels are sufficient to stimulate seed germination. Upon activation, the microbes establish in rhizosphere soils and solubilize bound minerals and nutrients. CropDefense™ Boost is formulated to be compatible with all existing seed treatment equipment and certain chemicals* and can be simply added as an additional component during the seed/crop treatment process.
Directions for Use
CropDefense™ Boost is formulated to be used with CropDefense™ Shield for stronger results. This dynamic duo can be used for on-seed, in-furrow or foliar spray applications following the instructions below. See Application Rate table for product volumes for your crop.
Seed Treatment: To achieve optimal seed coverage, dissolve CropDefense™ Boost in CropDefense™ Shield solution (see CropDefense™ Shield label) and apply directly to dry seed alone or in combination with other inoculants and/or registered seed treatments. CropDefense™ Boost and CropDefense™ Shield are living organisms. Do not tank-mix with fungicides or products containing biocides. After mixing, the CropDefense™ Boost + CropDefense™ Shield solution should be applied within 4 hours. Do not exceed label dosage rates.
In Furrow: To achieve optimal seed coverage, add CropDefense™ Boost to delivery tank containing water and CropDefense™ Shield (see CropDefense™ Shield label). Apply directly onto seeds during planting. Do not tank-mix with fungicides or products containing biocides. After mixing, use CropDefense™ Boost + CropDefense™ Shield solution within 4 hours. Do not use with soil fumigants.
Foliar Spray: Empty contents of package into 1 Quart water and mix until dissolved. Then add to spray tank containing CropDefense™ Shield for foliar application. Do not tank-mix with fungicides or products containing biocides. After mixing, use CropDefense™ Boost + CropDefense™ Shield solution within 4 hours.
*Ask us for approved chemicals tested for compatibility with CropDefense™ Boost. Do not mix with non-approved agrochemicals or product mortality may occur. Always use separate tanks with other chemical treatments.

Storage and Disposal
To maintain performance of these live microbes, keep container closed until use and do not expose to direct sunlight or temperatures above 80°F/27°C. For best results use product by expiration date on product label. Follow any local applicable waste disposal regulations for inoculants and plant amendments.
Handling & Caution
The microbes in this product are not harmful to humans. However, in the rare instance of an allergic reaction, we recommend gloves, eye protection and mask be used when handling material. Wash hands with soap and water after using. Do not swallow or breath powder. Avoid contact with eyes and open skin. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

The seller makes no other warranty expressed or implied as to product viability or performance since storage, use and growing conditions are beyond the seller’s control. Seller’s guarantee is limited to the terms set out on the label and subject thereto.
